What are my payment options?

1. Auto payment from Bank Account--Recurring
You authorize AGCO FINANCE to deduct the regular, ongoing or recurring payments from your checking or savings account. Auto Payment--Recurring may be used for most payment schedules - monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual.

2. Auto payment from Bank Account-One time
Please contact customer service to make a one time direct payment from your account.

3. Pay by mail
Payments made on installment and lease accounts should be sent to the following address. Please write your account number on your check, include your statement or coupon and mail to the following:

4. Western Union Speed Pay
U.S. customers can make an instant payment online with your account number and an invoice.  An addtional fee may be charged by Western Union for this service.  Click on the image below to go directly to the payment site.

Can I view my account information and make my payments online?
You can access your account(s) by visting "My Account" at the top of the page.

Can I pay with a credit card or debit card?
We currently do not accept credit card or debit card payments. However, you may use Western Union who accepts credit card payments, to make your AGCO FINANCE payment. There is an additional fee charged by Western Union for this service.

Many finance companies charge a penalty to payoff early. Does AGCO FINANCE?
No, our retail installment contracts and leases can be paid off early without penalty.

Why does my statement have a past due amount?
If we did not receive your payment by the due date additional charges/fees may be applied.

When is my payment considered late?
Payments not received by the due date are considered late.

I sent my payment on time, but it has not been credited to my account. What should I do?
There are two options to consider. Check with your bank to see if the check has been cashed. If it has not been cashed within 10 Days, please contact us. Your check may be lost in the mail. If the check has been cashed and endorsed by AGCO FINANCE, please contact us to verify that the check has now been credited to your account.

Can I Post Date my check?
We cannot accept postdated checks. We offer Direct Pay - One Time by calling us on the day funds are available to streamline the process. Please call us if you would like to talk with someone regarding your payment.

I forgot to include my payment remittance (coupon or statement) with my check. Will my check be applied to the correct account(s)?
It is always a good idea to put your account number on the check in case it gets separated from your remittance. Please contact us if you want to confirm your payment was applied appropriately.

My payment was postmarked on the due date, why is it considered late?
Payments must be received and posted to your account on or before the due date.Please allow mail time for your payment to be received.

I have a small credit balance on my account and it should be closed. When will I get my refund?
You will normally receive a credit balance refund within 45-60 days. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Who do I contact if my note is paid-off but I still have an open lien?
If you have a question pertaining to an outstanding lien, please contact our UCC department at 1-888-989-8525

How do I get a photocopy of my contract?
Please contact us either by phone or email.
